Looking for a Kinlin XC-279 36h in Europe

I am in need of a Kinlin XC-279 36 hole rim in to replace a failed rim on my sturdy wheelset, darn Belgian potholes.

Seem to have no luck finding one, I only know of Spa Cycles based in the UK but they do not ship to EU mainland due to increased shipping costs.

Anyone with a source? Europe or maybe elsewhere with reasonable shipping costs

Or maybe an alternative? ERD 584 does seem tough to find.
