Starlink has been 100% for me. Prior to that I had a hotspot modem that was semi reliable. Not a pleasant experience.

An update here:

I looked through several of the suggestions. A couple are not available in our specific region and a couple are too expensive in our region. The praise from several folks for Starlink is intriguing and that's an option on the table now. It's slightly more expensive than our local provider, but faster I think.

Thanks to yngpunk for the Broadband Map suggestion - that's pretty helpful too!

Also will be looking into whether any of the cost could be covered by my employer - good call.
