GCN; Global Cycling network, youtube

just discovered this youtube channel on the Smart Tv.

http://www.globalcyclingnetwork.com/...-off-the-back/

"the GCN show" is a fun watch but they have new videos almost everyday. They're short, like 10 minutes or so. kinda cool, kinda lame, give it a watch. suspect the GCN is like 5 guys with an idea. this and how to do Honda conversions or gas to electric conversions makes a smart tv worth it.

It's a little more than that. They've been around for a few years with good financial backing. Dan Lloyd was a pro with okay palmares and has also been a commentator on Eurosport. They go to all the grand tours and other big races.

I like GCN and their quirkiness. Bike content without pretension and some humour. I dig it.

What's annoying about it in an English sort of way? Most US-made content for bikes is mad, mad painful.

I love GCN videos. Some are better than others, and some are fantastic.

There's worse ways to kill time on YouTube, and some of their features are fun, if a bit imprecise.

I find Simon Richardson's incessant mouth inhalation mixed with saliva trying.

Information + humor. They don't take themselves too seriously and I like that.

I have been following the GCN channel for sometime and beyond the commentary, I really enjoy their reviews of pro riders rigs and customizations. In addition, they have training sessions and rig maintenance.
