Heh, did that in the 80s... put a bolt through the seatpost of my Alan CX bike. Raced it for a decade. Still have it. Bolt is still there...

I'd try a little jb weld. Seriously. Would grip enough to make the clamp effective, but you could knock the post free with a deadblow if neede

What type of exhaust clamp did you use and was it on the seat tube or the seatpost? Would a worm gear hose clamp work in either spot?

Can you shape a shim around the post using pieces from a coke can, then use one or two OEM clamps as noted above?

Machining

My experience with machining most bike parts is that a machine shop doesn't want to do it.
I went through this recently with some custom axle caps to make my Wahoo trainer work with a 2020 Trek Emonda.
I finally got a local frame builder to turn down and existing cap on a lathe.

I thought about making some of those spacers for the kickr, but my understanding is that wahoo will send you some for free. So no deal.
