Anybody ever Plasti-Dip road shoes?

I realized I just prefer a road platform for everything, including dirt roads. Has anyone ever plasti-dipped carbon soles to protect them from rocks? How’s it hold up?

Consider using Shoe Goo. It hardens to a soft grippy plastic. I used it for the toes of my Sidis shoes and it really helps. Doesn't look great, but works well and is cheap.

Not sure plastidip would hold up...maybe truck bed liner? It also comes in a spray can.
