What size is that? I had a Works CR 6/4 that was probably the best go-fast titanium I've ridden. Still keep an eye out for a 61cm version of it... Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Thanks. It's an XL which I'm pretty sure was the largest stock size available and equivalent in size to a 61 Works TR.

I'm pretty sure mine was a Large - it had a 57.5 effective TT.

Data point of one, but the Pronto is the bike Serotta should have been making for five years instead of a couple months. A race bike!
(And you are crazy to sell it.) I'm waiting for No 22 to build a modern equivalent, full-ti rocket. |

It has really grown on me. The more I polished, the more it popped.
A detail that reflects the color pretty accurately... Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

Calling out all Ti Bikes..
Is it true that if a hammer is your only tool, everything looks like a nail? On a serious note, that is a handsome bicycle and I like the way it was photographed in the alley. Just wondering though, did GT’s seat stay design have any unique functionality or was it just a way to differentiate their products? Thank you sir. The hammer comes in handy for up close and personal encounters.
Thank you too. GT says it's there to reduce lateral flex and increase stiffness and acceleration. Don't know what the actual science is to support that, but the bike does have a surprising amount of stiffness while sprinting for a Ti frame. |
