Just ordered the small version of this because I am into what he is doing. MUSA and much cheaper than the Rapha case.
That looks great! I wonder if you could get everything I mentioned into the small?

Interesting. I use a TB2 bag because it has the velco "hook" part as the piece that lays down over the other part, so the hook never catches my shorts.

Every time this subject comes up I think you anti-saddle bag guys are pulling my leg. Saddle bags are right up there with bottle cages...I don't even notice they are there until I need them.

You guys would hate the Revelate bag I use when I commute on my road bike. I shudder to think of the horror you would feel if you saw the panniers on my touring bike.

I carry one of these. I haven't tried putting exactly your listed items in it, but I'm confident they would all fit.

Just got this: http://bellroy.com/wallets/elements-phone-pocket

Supposed to be (mostly) waterproof, so it'll keep my iPhone safe, and hold a key, money, etc. Not CO2/tools, but it's a good solution to the other stuff I think...

A bit on the pricey side, but I found a website called the Wallet Shoppe that had 15% off, so I'll take it...

Serfas Jersey Bag

Just found this at my LBS tonight. First one I've found that fits my iPhone 6 with its case on. Nice details - padded back, dual zips, ... I'll try it out tomorrow.

Replace each "x" in the code below with random numbers and submit as the promotion code at Lowes.com. It may take a few attempts, but you should see your discount eventually.

A few options

I'm a saddle bag guy but have used a few different things over the years for jersey pockets... Mail order or custom coffee zip locks are very heavy and vented and work well. I also second the soulrun stuff if you just need a wallet - well made and very practical. Some neoprene phone cases are pretty functional, and if you don't care much about looks a beef jerky bag will last pretty well and is a good size for extra stuff. Oh yeah, some heavy mailing pouches work well and are padded but not so great if you sweat much. And last but not least don't forget an extra water bottle full of stuff if you aren't using two.
