Revo Exposure Dynamo light question

I purchased an used Revo dynamo light and i have some questions

1. Can the output of the light be used to charge a battery or phone? The reason i ask is that there is a usb cable that can be connected to the output port

2. The rear light is plugged into the output but it doesn’t light up

Any assistance would be appreciated
