SuperTeam Carbon Wheels . . . Legit?

Legit? This showed up as an ad on Facebook.

https://www.superteamwheels.com/

The prices are crazy low, so immediately I thought scam. $470 for a PAIR of rim brake carbons?

https://www.superteamwheels.com/prod...lset-rim-brake

But then again, probably not too out of line if it's the Chinese manufacturer selling direct. anybody seen these before or ridden a set?

Could not even find specs (weight, spoke type, hooked/hookless, rim width etc. on their page). Besides the lack of detail, and even if this is not a scam, these seem to be generic no name Chinese rims, hubs, and spokes.

Not the least bit surprised hat they're selling around $470.

I've seen folks use them and they're fine. Old open mold carbon rims are cheap. Mass produced hubs in bulk are cheap.

I'd probably go for elite wheels for a bit more or look at btlos/light bicycle options. Used as well.

assuming it's their website, I've seen reviews and posts on the weightweenies forum.

It's hard to tell from the pic but it looks like they may be hookless? Not the best scenario/combination for rim brakes.
