Help me identify these hubs

I bought a used pair of wheels with these hubs.

Only thing I know: wheels where laced by a wheelbuilder, hubs are very light, B57106 written on the rear hub.

Can someone tell me what brand they are?

The finishing on these do not look like an Extralite product, imo.
Maybe a Forte?

I know this isn’t adding much, but that front hub looks a lot like generic oem chinese/taiwanese models, something like bitex or novatec etc. Pulling the freehub might reveal a bit more about the manufacturer- drive mechanism, searchable part numbers etc.
