You Bavarians have a really good chance to taking the whole thing; too bad you will not have played for a month by the time this resumes. City looks at once intimidating and fragile. Against teams that are actually arsed, I think it'll struggle.
How are they going to schedule for the 2021 Champion's League? Any words on if it'll be compressed, etc? |

I don't know about the rest of you, but I was really glad and grateful to have the beautiful game back. Of course, no fans on the Südtribüne and on the Kop, but there were still a lot of wonderful football played.
Most importantly, perhaps, is the fact that very few, if any, actually contracted Covid during resumption of play. Yes, a few players on a 2.Bundesliga team (and I think a few players on 1.FC Köln) tested positive, but I'm not aware of anyone in the Premier League testing positive. Even then, that still pales in comparison to what's going on in U.S. sports (specifically, baseball). A microcosm of societies at large... Can't wait for the wrapping up of Champion's League. And apparently, the new season starts in mid-September. |

Does Sarri get the ax?
Napoli tomorrow! Barce has 35 home games without a loss (31W, 4 D) - second only to Bayern's 43. |

I think premier league has had something like 20 covid cases. Serie A well they had whole teams with covid more or less .) yeah its been tough with no football and no sports at all for awhile. Im very thankful its back up and running. It makes me life quite a bit more enjoyable. I seem to enjoy watching sports more n more the older i get gulp.. No i havent heard about 2021 cl season yet but considering its also more teams now i can see that it will perhaps be changed as the season progress. We still dont know what fall will look in europe with covid and all yet. It can still blow up again i guess with little notice :/ |

If you don't mind the commentator speaks Russian (and your computer very likely too, after visiting the website and installing acecast) , livetv.sx has streams of all major games.

CBS All Access. First month free I hate how balkanized this has become. Back when I first started watching, I had everything I wanted on just two networks: NBC for PL stuff and FoxSport for BL + CL. I could get all of that on Sling for $25/month. Fox got into a spat with Sling, and suddenly there were very few BL games left to watch, as I no longer had FoxSport 2. Few years ago, Turner bought the CL rights but decided to exit the deal early. So now if I want to watch the three competitions to which I pay attention, I have to maintain separated accounts at NBC (aka Peacock Premium), CBS, and ESPN. I guess the Serie A is such a "one pony league" that someone with no experience could come in and do what the predecessor did, which is to say, win a scudetto? |
