OT: Uniqlo Selling Colnago and Bianchi T-Shirts

This is not a joke, links below!

(Uniqlo Australia store, I'm in Melbourne)

Congratulations, your $5,000 Italian frame is now found on a $15 tshirt at the Japanese equivalent of Target.

Don't worry though. Your're in good company with Giant!

that's awesome.

no offense, but your post comes across as very "elitist roadie snob" honestly. spreading cycling enthusiasm is a good thing, and not everyone needs to spend multiple thousands of dollars to get in the club IMO. bianchi/colnago are icon names in italian cycling, i think it's awesome that some brandwear is accessible to a much larger audience!

obviously they are licensed by the brand OEMs, so they must agree

Nor me.

But I do buy their sleeveless summer weight base layers and found them to be very good. When considering the price they’re excellent.

Their Heattech line is surprisingly effective and is my go to now for winter riding. I don’t know why it’s so effective but it’s replaced my other cold weather base layers for hiking and camping in cold weather.

Worth a look

if bike shops sold stuff like this. maybe i'd get it from them.

however. i dont see how this takes away from the brands value. in regards to op's comment.

I have (4) Uniqlo t-shirts i bought roughly 4-5 years ago, and they are bomb proof. Great material / fit.

Just because they are cheap doesn't mean they are trash.

I find the clothing to be simple solid and affordable. nothing wrong with any of that. But my frame is probably only worth $500.00...

I like the shirts, the models posing in them are a different story. Nice to see iconic cycling brands getting their space the t shirt logo market. Are they available in the USA?

A clothing store selling clothing.

You can also buy a CBGB t-shirt from TARGET or AMAZON.

I actually find it heartwarming that they are appealing to a younger, more diverse crowd.

Just out of curiosity how much should a T shirt cost in your opinion?
