Go 12.

It’s heavier because the cassette is heavier and does not use Ti cogs.

Parts are en route, hopefully have it all together in the next week or so.

Quick and dirty First pic. Arrived today and impressed with the condition. Ridden but really well cared for.

Only colnago could paint a white bike with two colors of red and have it work. I mean the front is kinda red orange red and the back is kinda Saronni maroon? Not sure what it weighs but it is light as a feather.

Now to plan the Build.

I've got the parts to go the opposite route on my next bike. I've got mech Campy SR 12s shifters, disc brakes, and derailleurs and am planning to put a 10-33 AXS cassette, Eagle chain, on a SRAM 48-32 crankset. A 48/10 is a taller gear than a 50/11. However, I've wondered too about the drag on a 10s cog.

I'm planning to try. I've found some on the interwebs who claim to have done it with success.

I've not ridden C12, but in my hand, it doesn't seem materially different than C11 in either quality or aesthetics.

My 11spd experience is limited, but I thought my 12spd had a bit better ergonomics. Maybe it’s just mental justification of the purchase, but I don’t care. I am happy
