Sidi Shot Techno-3 Double Buckle Replacement

Does anyone have access to or know where to find instructions on replacing the double buckles on Sidi Shots. I can find plenty of places that sell the replacements, but it not obviously to me (that may be the key phrase here), how to replace. The single buckles have a small pin that, while tricky to push out, is relatively straight forward. Thank you in advance for any guidance here!!

It's easy and there are directions on line. Basically, fold down the tongue where it meets the buckle and pop the buckle out .

I'm not finding the instructions now, either .

Simply fold the tongue down sharply where the double tecno fits in into the tongue. Use a small flat screwdriver to just pop it out . Installation, just pop it back in .

It’s obvious when you know how!......

Undo all the wires from their respective tabs, pull the tongue forward from the sho and fold the edge of the tongue bac away from the techno 3 base, insert small screwdriver and pop the edge out, repeat on the other side.

Bobs yer uncle.....

If it's just that the reels are stiff, pup the tecno buckles out, wash in hot soapy water, dry, reinstall.

I bought a used pair that the reels barely moved. Did the above, and still working great.

Issue is not stiff buckles...

the right lower and left upper no longer ratchet. They tighten, but don't really hold...
