No...it's a bike of theirs designed for single chainring systems, with the single chainring system that has the most gears. Makes a lot of sense...

It's odd that the wheels don't match, but that aside, pretty standard stuff.

The wheels not matching was what I noticed. I don’t understand why when you are marketing new tech you wouldn’t at least make the wheels match?

I’m also not a fan of the idea of a 1x drive for a road bike but that’s my issue.

10-34, 10-39, 10-46 and 10-52 are the cassettes. the middle 2 would be improvements over the 10-42 11 speed if they work well.

Should it be flipped upside down to counteract bad luck

I’ve no experience with the 1x on the road and it seems like for climbing these options are fine but on the flats they would be less than optimal? Ironically, the frame looks like it’s designed with aero in mind.

I think the ones geared for 10-36 would be pretty darn good for the road with 44 front. my 10-42 w/ 42 front cruises at 22mph no problem, but when things get a bit over that, its not optimal. Thats why i ride 1x on gravel, where the jumps and ranges are optimal, not disadvantageous. and they dont suck on road, i have a couple KOM climbs on my gravel bike.

Wheelbase looks to be about 80cm and appears to have massive toe overlap.

This is the 13 speed that Rotor announced a few months ago. Wheels might not match because of a special freehub requirement.

Insane stuff... and Im still using 10, and probably going back to 8 or 7 with friction shifters at some point.
