Not sure she's still in business, but I've got one of these which I wear frequently:
https://www.etsy.com/shop/alloneword I think she had a Facebook page at some point as well. If you've got a big head like me, custom is a good option. If worse came to worst, I could probably talk my wife into making me a couple. She's quite good with a sewing machine. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

I've got a Walz cap from our Paceline sale a few years ago. It fits nicely.
Also have a Rapha cap in size L and it is also great. Oddly, I ordered 2 caps from Rapha - the one I kept (called 'Rapha Cap') and the 'Pro Team cap'. The Pro Team cap was actually way too big. I returned it. The "one size fits all" cap approach has never worked for me. Those caps were always too small. It's nice that multiple vendors are offering different sizes now. The Walz Superdome size is the best fitting cap I've ever had.

Reddots makes two sizes and the L fits my 7 3/4 dome very nicely. I can even get proper "luft"...

I wear a 7 5/8 cap and Cinelli cycling caps fit me nicely. My favorite hat, though, is custom from Little Package, and she doesn't make hats very often these days.

Thanks to you guys for the Rothera recommendation! My first "buy" and it's awesome, and so is the service. Definitely a touch of class in this niche market.
