Sorry to hear about the back again. I get that.
I think you're right, Paul. I'll make the change now. And thanks. The back stuff sucks, but it's not the end of the world. The kids and wife are healthy, so you won't hear me complaining.

Thanks! I really love this one. I'd say, even after only a few rides, that it's in my top three of all time. That said, it seems kind of silly for it to hang on a peg while I convalesce.

Several people have asked about a f/f/hs option. I'm not totally thrilled about the idea, but I guess $3000 obo? And again, I'll offer a local discount.

Personally for another thousand the whole bike with that build is a no brainer

Change the saddle and stem length to what you like and off you go

I totally agree. The wheels and brakes alone are probably worth ~$1k. But people have been asking, and you know me: I give the people what they want.

Ari, I'll be in the Yay Area in 3 weeks. May I rent the bike for a day? We can call it an extended demo and apply the rental fee to the final price.

When are you up this way? If I'm in town, you're welcome to this bike (or any of my others) for as long as you want. Actually, even if I'm not in town for some reason, you can have the garage code and help yourself.

Bumping a dream bike, I'm sad everytime I see it and it has not changed to a 60. Someone should buy it and give it a good home.

GLWS Ari, hope you feel better soon.

I thought this was sold, but then, because of the complexities of international shipping, it unsold itself. Given that experience, I'd like to reiterate that I'll happily offer a substantial discount for a local sale. The thing is, I'd much prefer to have someone test ride this bike before buying it. Thanks!

And thanks for the kind words, everyone. My back issues are annoying, but they're hardly the end of the world. I'm hoping that in six to nine months I'll be back on one of my bikes.
