Cinelli Caliedo. I've put a little over a year on a roll of the black tape and would definitely recommend it. Very durable, sharp looking, wraps well with a medium thickness.

Ditto. The picture I posted above shows tape that is about 8 months old (I think)

have never seen splash tape that made a bike look better than simply going with black or white.

it's a tacky 80s thing that never worked then or now.

While looking up Cinelli Caleido tape, I found that you can get matching socks and caps. Hmmm.

The Davidson I picked up the summer was sporting it too and I didn't think it was that awful. Of course once I was taken it off I saw it was originally red, not the pink it had faded to.

Seeing that, my first thought was it definitely needs Hello Kitty bar tape, I wonder if they make it? And they do, I'll let you find it...

super bummed the counter is broken, though impressed with his patience to upload that many 500kb images with a 28.8 modem.

I'm not a fan of splash tape, so I don't use it. For the most part, I donb't care what others use. But. . . .

In Ray Dobbins' gallery, two stand out to me. Splash tape on a Masi? No. Just . . . no .

That red and yellow splash tape on the red Zunow? I think that looks really good. Plus, it is morally wrong to have a Zunow not have at least some part of it looking like an explosion in a paint factory. If the frame is as comparatively sedate as this example, going crazy with the tape is almost mandatory.

And these opinions are worth exactly what you are paying for them.
