So far I've found one store in NYC that has the tools required to install the crankset, Conrad's so fingers are currently crossed, hoping the tool doesn't mysteriously vanish or break.
Besides being one of the best bike shops of any kind in NYC (save Bromptons) Conrad's has got to be among the finest Campagnolo shops in the country.
