Having seen this bag through multiple stages and the final product, I can easily say it is really impressive and solves a lot of problems.
The guys did a great job designing it. I am super psyched about it.

cool. may give this a go. love the attachment idea. always fussing with my lights and hb bag during winter and futzing with phone and map directions if trying new routes or destinations.

I have had the pleasure of testing this bag for the last couple of months. It has been a nice addition to my cycling routine. I have a couple of the handlebar mounts and it makes it really easy to switch between bikes, just takes a few seconds. I like being able to get stuff in and out of the bag really easily while riding or when stopped and having a convenient mount for my phone on the lid has been great as well. I thought I would share a few pics from my adventures, none of the pics have my phone mounted on top because I had to use it to take the pictures

cool, bt. did you just gt multiple clamps or do you just reuse and move across bikes? that's the only thing i might kinda miss. so easy to just move my outershell.

also how stiff is the bag? can i overstuff it? sometime i use for light, quick grocery items

I have multiple bike mounts. The mount takes 4 allen bolts and takes a few minutes to change between bikes. Extra mounts will be available. The bag is pretty stiff, we wanted a nice rigid platform for the computer/lights etc. and to just keep bag bounce on bumpy roads to a minimum. You can ride with the lid open and leave some stuff hanging out of the top which works pretty well when you need to carry a little extra.

I hope you are able to accommodate 26mm bars without some resorting to some hacked plastic shim. It would be lovely to see a shim that accommodates mounting and is made of the same material/finish as the mount.

Looks like a good place to stash arm/leg warmers on so/cal winter rides that start at 50 degrees and end at 80.

we are working on sourcing or making some 25.4 and 26 shims. Right now some are available on ebay/amazon that are narrow and fit pretty well. We have tried some of those and they are functional but I want to try and get some nice dedicated ones made. Most of my bikes are 26mm

The prototype weighs around 700 grams in total, I think the production version should be close to that.
