I have a 20014 Orbea MD40 that I purchased new in 2016. I am 5'8" with a 32" inseam. I also have arms that are on the long side. I have a 110mm stem with compact handlebars. I like a 1 to 2 inch drop from saddle to handlebars so I have the stem, 6 deg., with the angle downward and just a 5mm spacer under it. The bike is a good fit for me. Can't say definitely how the bike will fit you. Even people with the same body measurements might like a different size/set-up. I bought the bike on-line so I could not test ride it. I had to play with the set up a good bit to get it right.

It is a 53cm. I do not ride it much. It is a really nice bike. I just prefer steel and titanium.

Just solely based off your height and inseam the 53cm would be the frame I would put you on. I've worked at shops part time and full time now for more than 20 years. I've worked with Specialized, Giant, Scott, BMC and Cervelo (custom steel and Ti as well). I've been doing bike fits now for 8 years. In any case, a good bike fitter can play with the stem length/angle and dial you in. If you were family I would tell you to pull the trigger and bring that bike home! Seems like a great deal.
