I mainly carry the full-sized Park folding wrench set. ...that reminds me... I need to disassemble one and substitute a t25 in place of one of the wrenches M |

The casing breaks easily and the parts rust real bad.

Mine is going strong for many years now. BTW, the bits are made by PB Swiss, same as your new tool.

Yup, I had two and the hard plastic cracked and the tire levelers broke. And the insert part became rusted (not the bits)

I was lured by the look and design of the Fabric Chamber Tool. It's a lovely object and works well … but I was shocked when I received it and discovered that it weighs 170g. I'm far from a weight weenie but it felt like a boat anchor.
Anyone want to buy it? |

It’s a little bit smaller. But the spur cycle tool is excellent.

ToolsDay fun
That Daysaver *is* slick, I like it.
Shrinking (or eliminating) the under-saddle bag would rock. How does the 6mm hex work with the T25 in the way? The Wolftooth slide-into-the-bar holders are cool as well, I just have to figure a way to integrate one with my Italian Mirror. I wish the Bontrager BITS would work with carbon road forks. https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/e...-tool/p/26826/ Last edited by OldCrank; 05-12-2021 at 01:01 PM. |

no experience, but if you need torque and like this kind of bit system, I thought the Topeak Nano Torque tools looked pretty slick as well. https://www.topeak.com/global/en/pro...ANO-TORQBAR-DX

I carry the Topeak 5NM with me, but not the full set. Really simple and easy to use.
Wish the Daysaver were cheaper. Have been thinking about getting the PB Swiss multitool, but this looks even better! |

My bits show a little bit of corrosion but nothing alarming. I do keep it in a plastic bag along with a CO2 inflator so it's protected from direct contact from water and sweat. ALso no problems with the plastic housing. I never use the tire levers (ride tubulars) but they do seem a little flimsy.
