The Highball 29er is my favorite this week. It’s the perfect bike for some of my favorite rides.

Agree. Santa Cruz did something magical with the rear triangle of this one.

Vamoots

I've had this Vamoots for over 10 years now and it's still my favorite. It reminds me of a really nice Columbus SL frameset. Not the stiffest, but nice, comfortable, and responsive.

I would also add this one as my entry to the "best looking" thread.
