To bring this thread a bit on point, Spain National Team announced the roster for its upcoming matches via video, showing its manager Luis Enriques cycling up a hill, with the roads painted with names of players called up.

@wc1934, hope you didn’t need to go to the ER room after that finish. Defeating the defending champ at San Siro is no mean feat.

If i were a Napoli fan, i’d be making Osso Buco and drinking Amarone tonight. Would probably need the high alcohol content to put me to sleep.

Haha. I am actually in Sicily now. Classic north vs south. Watched the game last night (rai - 8:30pm) and had a few pistachio amaro’s. Man I thought the game would never end - how many corners did Milan get at the end of the match. They are fun to watch. Can’t wait till Osimhen returns.

Italian gravel championship was also on. Those Cipollini bikes looked nice..

Yes they did (with 2 games to go)!!!
They are on a roll - I was nervous in that first game against Ajax - silly me.
The announcer said "that team is a scoring machine". Their goal differential both in Serie A (15) and CL (13) is amazing.

Did you see that Barce game - man that Lewandowski doesn't quit.
Inzaghi seems to have righted the Inter ship after a disastrous start in Serie A.

I thought that Goosen's goal was going to heap tons of misery on Barça; how wrong I was...

There's an El Classico this weekend. One of the few La Liga matches I care to watch.

They still are as good as out, aren't they? Have to win both their last matches While hoping Inter loses both of theirs.

Holy s***, LFC nicks it with a goal from a goal kick. Nuñez does need to work on awareness though, for he could have easily assisted on a second goal.

That was a pleasant surprise.

In the meantime, BVB Dortmund slowly glides into the never zone joining Leipzig. Former coach Kloppo has a hard time to avoid the next seven year fatigue.
Bayern battle Freiburg (!) And Union (!!) For the lead, Alonso's Leverkusen are stuck deep in the ugly side, along with Wolfsburg, Stuttgart, Hertha and Schalke
