Thanks all for the input. So I take that you don't need those fancy Jagwire link cables to get the best of EE, just normal Shimano/Campy ones will do?

I have the direct mount G4s on my Emonda and ultimately switched to Jagwire link housing for the section from the frame stop to the rear brake. I found that the standard Shimano housing was great in warmer temps but when cold, it would stiffen up and braking feel would deteriorate (though it was still plenty strong). These brakes are wonderful.

Just purchased a set from CC’s BF sale, so this thread will come in handy!

I swapped the EE's for my Record 12's and found the Campagnolo had a lighter/smoother feel.
Everyone used to bag the Gravity Zero brakes but I found them no harder to set up than the EE's. The EE's are light but there isn't much advantage to them over others when considering the high price for them...marginal gains at best. |

I’m looking forward to possible braking advantage/feel over my TRPs, BUT I REALLY like how they look.
This will be the final component to finish my Moots build. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Agree. I didn't look/notice when we rode, but I assumed you had EEbrakes...to go along with the cranks.
The brakes will be the perfect finishing touch on such an impeccable bike. AND, you'll also get the fringe benefit of some really great braking.
