I see a flat fork crown and lugged BB and rear triangle. Looks promising!

Almost certain, it's a Dreesens. It is for sure a beauty!
Would love to have one at some point.

Let us know how you like those wheels. I've been considering ordering a set for a while now. I picked up the white Torelli Spettro that was on eBay on/off for ages. Those shoes would match very well.
