This thread reminded me of a guy I met at a race around 15years ago. He had around 15cm of spacers below his stem, which was pointed up around 17deg. Looked ridiculous.
He claimed that if the steerer was made that long it could be used that way. Wonder how it worked out for him.

For those making fun of positive rise stems, it seems to work for team Visma. Ok, I admit that I think that is ugly as hell.
