Best way to use FSA 19mm crankset in BSA frame?

Other than throwing it in the garbage and buying a shimano of course. It seems the cheapest is to just get some 19ID/24OD shims, but will that cause any issues?

I see BMX to Euro bottom brackets, but I am not sure if I would just rather buy a GRX crankset at that point.

Throw it in the garbage. I've gone down the 19mm fsa rabbit hole and it's always ended up costing me more than just buying a Shimano crank.

Why not an FSA 19mm MegaExo BSA bottom bracket?

First, put it in a vice and hit it really hard a few times with a sledge hammer.
