Scam. There have been a lot of 0 feedback users posting bikes with pictures ripped off prior listings. This has been happening for at least the last few months I have been paying attention to it. You'll see the user location is somewhere outside of the US usually.
They'll upload a "tracking number" and then their account will be deactivated at some point. You'll get your money back when you open a case with ebay regardless though. Quote:
