@jmj2323 that is an excellent looking ride, and I quite appreciate the frame color also. Congratulations.

I poached the route from Gravel Mob actually! Its really good. I gotta say I would not want to do that dirt descent into Rose Valley campground in a pack. I saw they neutralize and impose a speed limit for that section, but still. I don't think my brakes have been the same since.
Do you live in Ojai? This was my first visit. I hope to get back there on future work trips.

Yes, I live in Ojai and yes that Howard descent is crazy. I have crashed a few times on it.
The gravel mob is really fun. Two years ago Ned Overend almost won it. It is alway fun to see who shows up for it.
Going to do Sulphur tomorrow. Loving my new all rounder. It is all I have been riding lately. Haven't owned a GT since I was 10

Argon 18 use what they call 3D+ headset system; here is their description:

"Our 3D+ system delivers all the handling and stiffness benefits of the original 3D system in a streamlined version that merges seamlessly with the frame. It offers 3 head tube extension heights for every frame size: 0mm, 15mm and 30mm."

I currently have the 30mm extension installed.
