Did you login to your eBay account and make sure the auction actually ended, or are you just looking at an email telling you someone bought your item? It it's the latter, the email could be fake and this could be some type of scam.
This was my thought too. All my eBay emails for sold items start with "you made the sale for" in the subject line. What did your email say?
