Ask Serotta to paint it in a GTR scheme and i think Serotta is still more cash. Or is that price on Baum not including paint?

How prophetic, so are a TON of other bikes, Baum certainly didn't start the expensive bike "thing" nor does it "lead" the pack. It's a bike, if you like it and can afford it, have it and enjoy it, if ya can't, move on. Same with Serotta and all the other brands.
This continued discussion of "expensive" really gets old.

Don't let the dichotomies hold you back.

The Corretto is Baum's attempt to do away with the usual cycling dichotomies of weight and longevity, acceleration and road feel.

+1. So does the ridiculing of people who do buy the expensive brands.

Perhaps that was your original intent, but this thread is destined to be a race to the bottom.

If I bought that Baum I would certainly have to buy a new Rapha wardrobe every season!
