Ease up there, big hitter. I work in the medical field so my VPN has certain features to make it HIPAA compliant. Apparently using servers from all over the world is a no go. Who would have thought?

VP is Mullvad and I'm not planning to renew Flo for cycling due to loss of so much content. So that has me looking at Eurosport via UK. With Brexit, the UK isn't viewed as the rest of the continent any longer. Will that reduce what is broadcast / available in UK via Eurosport?
A) It was when I signed up several years ago. I would bet it still is.

B) I was assured that it will not be the case.

From GCN K-B-K race event page:

"🚨TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES🚨

We're experiencing a few technical difficulties with the Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne stream, folks. We're trying our hardest to fix this problem and we hope we'll be LIVE with you soon! "

Thanks.

Edit / update: still the case. Payment mismatch with a non-UK PP.

This makes no sense, are you saying you’re watching gcn only on your work computer and or work connection? If you have the internet and a computer at home why would this be an issue “big hitter”?

For those with a VPN, KBK is live on Sporza.

I tried that too, to no effect. But as I dug around the "system" sections I found that my FireStick had a system software pending. After updating the system software, searching for "gcn app" found the GCN+ app immediately, and the app is now installed and working.

So, I guess it is another case of the cycling industry forcing users to upgrade

Last 15km worked well in Cincinnati. Happy to give them a mulligan or two, but not a great start.

Yes they screwed up today, but I would not run and ask for a refund, there are some growing pains, and lets be honest, it's $25....
If it happens another 1 or 2 times, then yes.

From what I've been seeing on Twitter, this isn't even close to the first time this has happened.

I went to cancel my subscription and it's such a huge mess trying to navigate the GCN site. After a lot of snooping around I see they don't allow you to cancel your race pass subscription so I'll be calling my bank Monday to dispute the charge. Funny, they make it REAL easy to sign up. If only they put as much effort into delivering their service as they do running your credit card.

The race is now available for replay.

I’d say I am willing to be flex on this for $25 a year...
:_)
I can’t use VPN either so
