fedex still messed up. My package was shipped on 14th, 2 day shipping and was stuck at origin, now it has moved to memphis, aka where all packages are trapped.

DId you message rapha? Just go on their site and use the chat feature, their CS is one of the best.

Highly recommend that you use their online customer service chat (sometimes you have to wait a bit for the chat 'bug' to appear bottom right on the site, just means no one is there at that moment). They are very responsive and uniformly helpful (at least, in my experience).

For an additional data point, I bought something from them 2/24, got dispatch notice 2/25, FedEx says delivery on 3/3.

Yeah mine eventually died/stayed stuck in endless "In Process" state & they gave me a refund plus a voucher...nice of them

I think the problems all started a couple weeks ago. I had spoken to one of their office in UK on phone & he said they had just switched over to Amazon Servers

I never knew Amazon was such a web services giant beyond their online sales company.

I made a new account because there were two orders jammed "In Process" state on my old account

Ordered on new account & it processed shipped in a day same as they did back in December

Amazon runs over half of the internet!^^

When amazon has an AWS outage, the majority of the internet shuts down. How wild is that. Similar with CloudFlare but not quite as extreme.

Ordering anything online comes with two possible delays - all major shipped companies are not up to par (especially international) and most company's fulfillment partners seem to be delayed - a company I do some work with has had a challenging time with their fulfillment company who cannot keep their warehouses staffed these days.

Got a reply to my email. Apparently, the package never got entered into the FedEx system and so Rapha consider it lost. They are sending me a new package. No voucher etc. but they are sending me something in black (which is what I wanted but wasn't discounted) instead of purple that I had ordered (which they've now ran out of stock).
