Highly recommend that you use their online customer service chat (sometimes you have to wait a bit for the chat 'bug' to appear bottom right on the site, just means no one is there at that moment). They are very responsive and uniformly helpful (at least, in my experience).
For an additional data point, I bought something from them 2/24, got dispatch notice 2/25, FedEx says delivery on 3/3. |

Amazon runs over half of the internet!^^
When amazon has an AWS outage, the majority of the internet shuts down. How wild is that. Similar with CloudFlare but not quite as extreme. |

Ordering anything online comes with two possible delays - all major shipped companies are not up to par (especially international) and most company's fulfillment partners seem to be delayed - a company I do some work with has had a challenging time with their fulfillment company who cannot keep their warehouses staffed these days.

Got a reply to my email. Apparently, the package never got entered into the FedEx system and so Rapha consider it lost. They are sending me a new package. No voucher etc. but they are sending me something in black (which is what I wanted but wasn't discounted) instead of purple that I had ordered (which they've now ran out of stock).
