The blueish Celeste color is called Nuevo Celeste. The frames had a pearl coat added that gave it the coloring. It was really nice and was on most of the late lat 80's to mid 90's Bianchi Reparto Corsa frames. I had it on an EL/OS road and mountain frame and a Genius mountain frame.

Bianchi is very cool. I'll never give up my Bianchi Eros, steel, celeste. Still fast, still comfy, still climbs well!

Trek went to that dark side pretty hard in the last years too. I bought 1 murdered out ProCaliber and decided I need my bikes to have some color.

I like Celeste, but I love seeing bianchis in colors other than that. I guess that says a lot about my personality…

As a millennial I think a lot of the coolness in my generation comes from the popularity of the Pista Concept back when fixies were a thing.
