Anyone ever train on a fit bike?

Really strange question, I know, but is a fit bike (specifically the Waterford Fitmaster) suitably sturdy to use as a trainer? I saw one on evilBay that looks like it's going to go for about the price of the attached Computrainer. The thought struck me that this could be a fun way to experiment with fits, like really try them for hours on end, and would allow my wife to share the trainer without her own dedicated bike.

Seems like sweat could be a problem with all the moving joints, and I'm not sure how sturdy/stable they are for hard efforts. Anyone have experience?

I don't see why you couldn't. Just keep the movable parts clean
