Wouldn't you know that after a virtually snow-free winter here on Martha's Vineyard, it snowed last night. And various forms of precip are in the forecast for the next few days, so I don't know when I'll get it out. I have sufficient bikes to ride when the roads are messy!

Hard to imagine it isn't a lifetime keeper. Joining the Bob Jackson (owned since 1972), the Nagasawa fixed, and the Anderson all-road. Other bikes come and go...time for the CAAD10 to exit.

Ah, you noticed Ms. Fiona Ashdown, the newest addition to the household, been here since the 16th. A rescue, from Arkansas by way of TX. Had a hard life even though she's not a year old - someone gave her a broken leg when she was maybe 3-4 months old. We feel very fortunate to adopt her - she'll take a while to get fully comfortable, having been through two foster placements, but she's smart and very sweet, and loves to go out for walks and runs!

Not sure which i like more, the FF or the rescue. Well done on both accounts sir. looks like more snow Saturday and Monday for us here in the south-coast of Mass so maybe you'll just have to stare at it some more.

Wow - nice post, but my 1st, gut response was one of anger at the thought of someone braking her leg. That's f'in horrible....

Glad Ms. Ashdown landed in a good place!

Beautiful Firefly. Love that paint and color combo. Have fun riding it.

And have fun watching Fiona Ashdown come into her own--a beast lucky to have washed ashore with you.
