And it arrived.

There was minor damage to the box - a wheel axle punched through so I had to open it to make sure everything was OK.

I am pleasantly surprised with the paint, I get it.

For what people have been waiting for....

And I can go back to following them on Instagram, where I am sure the pics are much better than mine.

I'll post once it is built, from my snowy backyard.

I love it. Unique, understated, yet to me...it paints a picture. I hope you'll feel the same way. Shoot, I'd enter that bike in a show, it's that nice and different.

Now I hate all my bikes.

As ah, offbeat, as some of the other "Surprise Me" paintjobs have been, I'd be delighted with this one. Beauty!

Glad to hear you finally have it in your possession. I really love the paint scheme and the bike itself. Well done!

Almost all together. Having a 2 yr old help slows the process.

I was putting it together in my living room and my wife commented the colors match a print we have right down to the metallics.

Wife also asked why the DT hubs sound so different than my kings. She said i should have sprung for them instead.

Final observation for now. Wow are schwalbe 28s om Belgium plus huge compared to continental 25s on open pros.

And a picture built up. Less chain. Not that I'm riding outside anytime soon.

The print I mentioned above. It's hard to get a good picture of it but you get the point.

Very nice. I'd ride that ax even without the chain!
