I’ll work on getting more photos up. Until then, a few more details.

Cam Falconer is a joy to work with. Wow.
Campagnolo 12sp works well with a SRAM 10-36 cassette, providing a bit more range for a true All Road bike like this. Herse cranks provide chainrings of reasonable size for us mere mortals.
Campagnolo brake feel and power along with its ergonomics are just unrivaled.

Thanks all for the kind words.

Another photo for your viewing pleasure.

A bit about the geometry: it offers my preferred handling for dirt road riding in nothern Vermont.

HTA 72.5 deg
Fork offset 60mm
435mm chainstays

With the slightly fatter rubber (48mm), it hits a handling sweetspot.

With your specs below, I calculate a trail of 45mm. My new custom from Carl Strong was designed in the same ballpark, based on years of riding my '72 Bob Jackson on roads like yours (lived in NH on the VT border for 35 years). 73 degree HTA and 51mm fork offset, with 650bx38mm tires the trail is 48mm.

My own preferences are at odds with the trends in gravel bikes, where HTAs are slack and trail is long.
