What kind of headset is that? 1 inchers are close to extinction these days except on the used market.

King Threadset 1” Sotto Voce , and I used problem solver 1” spacers that had a very similar finish.

Beautiful day out on the Onesto, it's always rewarding to clean up the frame, and appreciate all the details, not to mention how much it makes the polished logos pop!

How does it compare to your No 22

That’s a beautiful bike!

I see that you made mention in your first post of a No 22 you have.

I’m curious about how you find the ride of the 953 versus the titanium?

Thanks! I no longer have the No22, it was a great bike. Both are very balanced rides, for differences, I’d say the the Kirk is more of a whip up type responsive, whereas the no22 is a little more direct.

Wow, what a beauty. When I was growing up I used to have family in Montreal and we used to visit them all the time. For the most part, I was too young to appreciate the city though.

Kirk Onesto Terraplane

Seasonal update for 2023, upgraded to SR12 last year along with a change in bars to Deda Zero100s. Bike is still an absolute joy, plenty of zip, but equally happy to take it easy and just enjoy a casual roll.

Looking good, Herb! Love this build. I really like the look with that Ti SP.

Amen. About as good as a thing gets. That nice swoopy post blends with with the TP stays.
