@EliteVelo, does Berk offer some sort of crash replacement program?
I find myself wanting to try out a Lupina, but being reluctant to spend that much $$$ on a bike part that's often the first to hit the ground in the event of a crash. |

My apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately not at this time.

Lupina short
Attached is an example of the sizing differences between the new models vs the old.Berk - Prodajni Program 2023 (1).pdf
I have initial stock of the short Lupinas if anyone has interest and expect more in the early part of next week. I can also take pre-orders to hold inventory as well. Pricing for the short padded Lupina will be the same as the standard Lupina. $259.90. Shipping in the states is covered by me. Last edited by EliteVelo; 02-10-2023 at 08:32 AM. |

I'm potentially interested in the shorter version of the Lupina. In an earlier post, you said this about one of the saddles: "As everyone can see, the Lipa is considerably flatter, and shorter. Zero setback post needed. Same cutout as usual." Why is the zero setback post needed? Is that true for the shorter Lupina? I'm using a short nose saddle from another manufacturer with a setback post currently. Thanks.

The wish has come true with the collaborated effort. The ear has been answered. Nick pushed the envelope and his efforts came to fruition. 150mm short saddles are in stock in black and white. |

It was an exciting opportunity to have a hand in making this happen for so many Berk saddle fans. I can't wait to receive mine so I can test it out.
Eric, thank you for the constant support to your fellow Paceliner's and cycling community! |

Hey Eric, can you overlay the Lucina short on a Ploh? Curious to see them side by side!

Sure thing. Here is the 144 short Lupina vs the 143mm Ploh. As you can see, the Ploh is much flatter, whereas the Lupina curves down at the rear of the saddle.

Any comparison review on the comfort/flex of the Lupina short vs regular length?

Jure added some innega fabric into the shorter saddles. While this is a plus for some, it does add a tad of stiffness compared to the standard length.

Thanks. Been browsing these hard lately. Especially the regular Lupina. But my sit bones are fitted for 143mm saddle, so not sure if I should size up or down if I go that route.
