I made my own. If you ask seven nicely they will even provide you with the artwork.

But they'll charge you for FedEx shipping so those plain decals advertising their product still cost over $50. An be forewarned they are NOT easy to apply correctly. You have to be pretty OCD (like myself) to position them perfectly and not rip them.

Personally if you can provided a frame serial number and maybe a picture (so people aren't selling knockoffs as Sevens) I think the decals should be at their cost.

Looks like they are adopting the epi-pen pricing model.

Maybe you can poo on Seven for this but it seems like they learned from the best, Serotta was pretty much the same way.

I redid the decals on my Concours years ago, it was at least $50 by the time I got through paying for the decals, the shipping, and the can of acetone I needed to get the old cracked decals off. I didn't really have much issues getting a good install. You can measure everything up ahead of time and mask off exactly where to put them and then IIRC you spray alcohol or something on first so you can move them till the alcohol evaporates. (Don't trust me on that and dissolve your decals though!)

Seems like it's a standard thing with Ti frames with decals. I'll never buy a Ti frame with decals again. I almost bought a Seven last winter, I think I may still end up with an Evergreen SL when my All City Space Horse bites the dust but it'll have brushed in decals.

I really like Kokie's decals.. is that a standard Seven scheme? I don't remember that being available last winter when I was going through it before changing my mind.

It's an outdated approach. Seven pays one company to make the decals for them, and when they order custom decals, Seven has to buy a full "set" which means every model name, probably 100+ sets that are then put into inventory. That (used to, probably still does) costs $100+ so it's not until they sell the second set of those custom decals that they make money. It's a dumb model to follow nowadays. They should raise the price of frames $50 and buy a vinyl cutter. Allow customers to pick from a bunch of vinyl color options and print them on demand, maybe even print and ship a second set with the new frame.

I was told that the graphics I used were special for a shop in TX and they only do it in paint. They called it Texas Toast.

I am open to doing custom decals. Just send me a PM.

I bought these chrome decals off of ebay a few weeks ago and added them tonight. An entire sheets of various sized decals for $8 shipped. We'll see how long they hold up

Do you have a link to the seller? I bought some directly from Moots, and i'm not happy with the gloss finish the black comes in. Now i'm searching to either get them re-done in Matte black.. any leads?

i'm in the "leave them off" camp for raw ti bikes once the original decals start to wear off. i get that it's an aesthetic thing, but i already know who made my bike, i dont need to decals to remind me. i really dig the look of raw ti bikes with no, or very minimal logos.

i too think that bike companies should offer replacement logos for free or nominal charge, it's just advertising for them when the decals on your nice bike look sharp and legible.
