issues with the integrated garmin mount for enve stems

anyone know how to secure the garmin twist mount thing to the enve mount so it doesnt spin in place while trying to remove the garmin from the bike?
i emailed enve a while back and they sent me a v2 version of this thing but even threadlocker and epoxy wont keep this thing in place securely.
the integrated enve mount looks so much nicer than a bar mounted out front k-edge thing.

the one i have from enve is made by k-edge (has both logos on it).
it is pretty secure on both the stem and the garmin mount..... but, i have mostly used it on road/pavement.

the garmin quarterlock thing loosens up on asphalt too.
