ot: Could Dave Kirk fit in this Aptera solar EV?

Not sure why I thought of him first but maybe it was the open wheels and imagining him driving this through Bozeman:

That's cool!

Some concern though -- I gather they went broke once already, & this is Rev. 2. Test drive looked great though!

Very interesting! It looks like it might meet one of my criteria for a car, namely, able to fit a bike in the back, albeit might have to be with front wheel off. I’m glad he commented on the rattles.

This has a lot of similarity to the Very Light Car, an ICE car which was produced for the X Prize by an acquaintance 10 years or so ago. I wonder if there’s an association or collaboration.
