These videos have me thinking "I better start buying lottery tickets!" I usually don't like complicated paint on bikes but the Baum actually looks really great. I wonder who did the design for that. It almost looks like Geoff Mcfetteridge's style.

Sorry, doesn't do it for me. Too many cables and pieces of housing and crimping. Could be much more elegant with less visual noise.

Velocolour Toronto did the paint.

But nice video. I get the feeling they don't do much 'service', the work place is SO clean...

I KNEW I liked him!!

-Depending on the frame, I have used teflon tape on BSC BBs often..some BB shell thread 'sharpness' isn't that great.
-I never used antisieze with Campagnolo UT BB cups..to big of a chance it 'might' migrate to the bearings..
Agreed. Love the watch, and more importantly, have learned some techniques.

I found out which scissors he’s using, they’re titanium Fiskers!

Thank you, I wondered what those scissors were. Not expensive either.

Np!

I was pleasantly surprised how affordable the scissors are! Good timing as I need to re-wrap my bars!

The scissors arrived today, and went to cut extra Lizardskins 3.2 tape I had laying around… Wow, it’s like a hot knife cutting through butter.

Nice tools, are fun!

Why did he remove and reinstall the crankset bearings? I didn't see them get swapped out for anything fancier.

This is a lovely lovely build. That work stand looks awesome. Great contrast to the DSM video too. I'd like this bike, but for some reason I preferred the DSM build ("look ma, no measuring of the fork!"). Above Category have a very good website and they stock interesting things. The tools in question in this video follow that general approach (Effetto Mariposa torque wrenches? Abbey tools BB sockets? Yes please!)

All in all makes me question my decision to add a new-age carbon bike to the stable. What a wonderful bike this is.

I thought maybe he added additional grease, Cermicspeed UFO to them?
