WTB: 40t 135 bcd 10s middle ring for Campy triple

Long shot?

Probably.

Seeking a 40t 135 bcd 10s middle ring for a Campy triple.

Hidden bolt 5-bolt 10s Record triple.

Original ring marked C10 40 / 30 - i.e. 10s 40t middle for 30t inner.

As pictured.

[ok - can't get pics to work right now - but description should be adequate!]

Potentially interested in 10s triple crank with similar overall to 50 / 40 / 30 original if I can't get a ring - but it looks like if I get desperate eBay may have some ring options for me.

Want to try here first!

Note that I am in Vancouver, BC, Canada - so cross-border for folks in the US of A. I usually can arrange shipment to an address in WA state, but current border restrictions make this difficult right now.

Lemme know.

Don’t have one to sell but if no one offers one here, check out Euro Asia Import prices. Might be cheaper than eBay. Half way into a Record triple build myself and discovering ebay prices are bananas.

EuroAsia is dealer only..not direct to consumer, unless they have changed a lot.

EAI does not sell direct to consumer as noted above (last I checked). However some online retailers or your LBS may deal with them. I got an obscure Campy part from them through Bens Cycle a while back (emailed Bens Cycle to start the process). But a set of TA rings, or Miche rings (if you can find the right ones, they make triple Campy sets but don’t seem marketed much in the Western Hemisphere) should work. I saw a bunch on xxcycle.com a while back (and some Stronglight I think) - I’ve heard ordering from there is pretty good but never done myself. Assume they ship to Canada also.

I was going to customize a Chorus triple I picked up off the auction site last year but saw the same thing ($$$ - way more than the crank with rings in good shape!!).

I know this is a 39t but lots have ordered from CRC: https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/...B&gclsrc=aw.ds

Another option but no idea on ordering: https://ciclimattio.com/en/p/miche/s...caAgBSEALw_wcB

Yes, not direct to consumers. My LBS orders.

Peter White is more convenient. Also will have the bottom bracket OP may need. I’m experimenting my way through a triple upgrade and have spent… 3x what I expected hehe

This seems reasonable @ $69:

Thanks for this - I know TA makes a lot of different rings, but didn't realize quite how comprehensive their range is!

I think I'll go this route - price is right, silver available, exact tooth count, and shift pins / ramps for the triple are present.

I was going to put an order in with Peter White for some dynamo items...so this a pretty perfect solution!

Thanks also to all others for the replies!

The TA works great as the middle ring on both of my Chorus triples. Penny will hook you up at Peter White.

I have a 40T "BREV CAMPAGNOLO" that is most likely 8 or 9 spd era, but as I understand is no different than 10 spd. Maybe someone in the know will respond. I picked them up in a "lot" deal so have no history. Great shape though.
