Campy 12s disc adjustment

Anyone using Campagnolo 12s disc groups, how do you adjust brake feel?

I've got Chorus on my new bike and I'm finding that the rear brake engages more quickly than the front, which is annoying me. All my googling has provided me no solution. The previous generation of disc groups offered a lever travel adjustment, but not seeing it on the 12s groups.

Any thoughts or experience to share?

free stroke should be adjusted via the hole in the front of the lever (2.5mm hex). Reach adjust for the shifting blade should be near where it connects (it uses a 1.5mm hex).

I figured out the reach adjustment just fine. There's a hole in the side of the shifter body that I thought was the travel adjustment point -- there was one on previous 11 speed, marked with L-R -- but when I move the pull the brake lever, I don't see an adjustment bolt. Chorus only has the one hole on the blade (reach adjustment).

Does that make sense or am I misunderstanding?

Mechanic confirmed: re-bleed. Just a little bit of air in the system makes it spongy. No alternate point of adjustment. There is an upper constraint of rotor rub, but less air, more fluid should be the fix.
