Tour de France Stage 14 - Short Steep Climb at End - SPOILERS

Hopefully the GC contenders will attack each other on the short final climb.

I'm a little worried for Dumoulin today. It's a short steep climb to the finish and it's possible that his steady diesel style of climbing won't have enough room to make up a gap if Froome or Thomas puts in a dig.

Froome has not shown great acceleration.

It was actually the climb that suits him best. Remember how he crushed everybody at Santuario di Oropa in last years Giro?

Good points, all. Plus he was just fine today, even putting in a dig of his own for Sky to respond to.

Finally found a video with the final kms fo dumoulin... good attack.

I'm not sure if Sky is feeling the work put in the race already.

Win a 3 weeks race.. At some point IMO he's gonna have to move to 3 weeks races, he is going run out of races to win really soon. Who knows if he will consider it at some point in his career.

I’ve thought for some time that this is something he could do.
He would have to change his focus, maybe lose some weight, but I think he could. He really is one of the few all round racers in a log time.
