I guess Clean39's Kirk is technically a 2018, so for me it is between:

Flash's Scarab

PaMTBRider's Ti Zanconato gravel bike.

Sorry for the lack of photos, I'm on my phone.

I have no idea if it was first posted in 2019, but imo Ruimteaapje's dark blue Vetta / Antonio Taverna is one of the most beautiful, classy, and elegant bicycles posted on this forum, in 2019 or any other year.

It is so quietly beautiful, finished with a sublime build, with nothing gaudy or overdone about it (but it might look even better with all-black tires like Veloflex Corsa, etc to better complement the saddle/bar tape/rims). The frameset (and final build) lines and proportions, and that midnight blue color, look just about perfect to me.

I will echo others and say:

For road bike: Flash's Scarab
For mtb: Joosttx’s 29er

Both are amazing machines!

Lol. Done

MT. Tam, on the other hand, sounds and looks perfect for an underpowered minivan with a trailer in tow, full of cat 5s for hill repeats.

Mt Diablo is better for that which is technically in the East Bay.

Lol, just kiddin buddy. Anyone who has ever looked at your pics knows that Mt. Tam and Marin county sucks and no one should ever go there. But then I would know, after living in the inferior Sonoma County for years.

Adam Sklar's bikes make me want to get the check book out.

Especially the all road bikes.

This got in just under the wire. Have owned this '84 Merckx Pro SLX longer than any other bike in the collection, but it received a total re-work late in 2019.

Respray and re-chrome by Jack Trumbull at Franklin Frames. NOS 7410 DA 7410 group.

The other is Mzilliox's Festka One Chameleon. 2019 was the year of chromacolor and this bike just affirms that.

Thanks Homie

This'll seem like a total cop-out diplomatic non-answer, but the truth is all three are so different with different intents and focuses that I couldn't pick just one. One is a killer crit bike. One eats cobbles. The other climbs and descends beautifully.

So they all do? I certainly have no need to go frame hunting in 2020, that's for sure.
