It's my favorite bike so far and I'll be doing a few blog entries about it. I don't expect it to remain my favorite bike due to an incoming project that will generate a few blog entries.

Dang that's nice. There aren't many carbon bikes that appeal to me but Nick's do, and that would fit me. Too bad it's electronic only.

Just curious, is it just the slope that you would change with your own custom or are there other geometry tweaks you'd make?

I'd make it sloping and would steepen the seat angle to at least 74 degrees, though I'd ideally want Nick to start from scratch for me. I'd also have it a disc bike. The guy I bought it from sold this since he was mainly riding his Crumpton disc. I haven't seen that one come up for sale.

Sarto Seta - Italian carbon. I really like the way this rides, but I only "need" so many carbon rim brake bikes and I can always get a Sarto disc (always means in theory, not reality). As such, it's for sale, though I'm probably just going to have to give up on selling it and rebuild it at some point in the future when I can get an 8100 or Force AXS group relatively cheap and haven't already overdone my bike budget for the year, which means it will be a bit given other projects.

My 3 favorite bikes from your collection:

1. Mondonico
2. Tesch
3. Specialized Allez Epic

That makes it official. I'm old.

Amazing Thread! Agree, the Cherubim looks incredible, and with the Cento Tubeset, even cooler.
